A Spooky Halloween Chase
”Ghost Tag” is an exciting and simple game that adds a spooky twist to the classic tag. Perfect for Halloween parties, this game lets kids unleash their inner ghost, chase each other, and enjoy some outdoor fun.
Materials Needed:
- White sheets or ghost costumes for each player (optional)
- A designated playing area
How to Play:
- Choose one player to be the ”Ghost” at the start of the game. If you have ghost costumes or white sheets, the ghost can wear one to add to the spooky atmosphere.
- The other players are ”Humans” and must run to avoid being tagged by the Ghost.
- When the Ghost tags a Human, that Human becomes a Ghost and joins the hunt, helping to tag the remaining Humans.
- The game continues until the last Human is caught. This player can then become the new Ghost for the next round.
Tips:
- For younger children or larger groups, you can increase the playing area or add more starting Ghosts.
- If playing indoors, ensure the space is safe and free from obstacles.
